The large-scale testing of “AION 2” has ended, and the developers invite everyone to experience it first. Owners of the Founder’s Pack will be able to start playing on September 30th, while everyone else will be able to start playing on October 5th.
To participate in Early Access, Steam users must delete the standalone Playtest application and re-download the AION 2 client. Owners of the purple version don’t need to do anything – their customers are already ready to move to the next stage. The developers also warned that direct communication between players will be temporarily disabled as a measure against bots. There will be a trading market in the game.
These changes also affect queues on overcrowded servers. Players with good account reputation will be placed in a priority queue, which moves in parallel with the regular queue as slots become available. However, the developers stress that priority access is not a guarantee: priority access can be disabled for users who are subject to disciplinary action or for accounts suspected of violating the rules.
The preview period is from September 30 to October 4, and “AION 2” will be officially launched on October 5. When do you plan to get it, please write in the comments.
