At Tokyo Game Show 2026, Konami showed off a gameplay expansion demo for psychological horror game Silent Hill: Town Falls. The game takes place on the cold and remote Scottish island of St Amelia in 1996, where protagonist Simon Ordell returns to “save the day”.
The project is an indie first-person horror game where players will explore a fog-shrouded city, evade enemies, and use limited weapons and tools to survive intense combat. Key features include pocket TV CCTVtune into unstable signals, and story-based puzzles to help uncover dark secrets of the past.
