Hiroshi Arakawa and Bones teamed up again for the film adaptation Hell’s Well, which ended its first season six months after it aired. Although there won’t be another Fullmetal Alchemist, the anime will still return with new episodes.
The Japanese studio hasn’t opened a premiere window for Yomi no Tsugai’s second season, nor shown any footage from it, only offering a trailer and poster for the sequel, which features key characters in the style Arakawa is known for. It’s a story about an estranged brother and sister who must reunite to save humanity from evil.
The show’s cast includes Masahiro Ando (“Swordsman,” “Snow Red Hair”), screenwriter Noboru Takagi (“Attack on Titan,” “Kuroko’s Basketball”), character designer Nobuhiro Arai (“Stray Dogs”) and composer Kenichiro Suehiro (“Re: Life in Another World from Zero,” “Fire Brigade”).
