Microsoft continues to rapidly introduce new features to the Xbox Series X consoles | S and Xbox One. Insiders are currently testing a number of innovations, some of which are being released without prior announcement. One of the updates, released today, brings richer tile information to the Xbox console home screen.
Insiders with Alpha Skip-Ahead and Alpha Levels discovered that with the September 24 update, tiles on the game’s home screen were given different labels. For example, they can display the total player score, the number of friends currently in the game, the number of eliminated achievements, and other information about a specific project.
Below you can see what the tiles containing game information look like if the cursor is not hovering over them. In this case, the information is above them.
When you hover the cursor, the information goes directly into the tile at the bottom.
Players can configure the display of labels in the console settings. At this time, the feature itself has not been officially released, and there is no information on when it will be available to all console users.
