There are only 7 days left until the release of Vitti’s Wrath from Tempest Rising. The developer finally revealed the price of the add-on and reminded players that with it, players will get a full story campaign for the new Veti faction.
The add-on is priced at $19.99, with a 10% discount available from September 29th to October 12th. Meanwhile, Storm Rising’s base price will drop by 50% over the same period – the biggest discount in the entire game’s history. It seems that the developers have decided not to give beginners any excuse not to try this strategy.

The main part of Veti’s Wrath will be an 11-player campaign with voice acting. Work on it started after the release of the main game and lasted about a year and a half, so we’re not talking about a small collection of side missions but a full-fledged plot addition.
Meanwhile, the Veti faction itself won’t be locked behind a paywall. Owners of the base version of Tempest Rising will be able to play multiplayer and skirmish modes for free. This approach was planned by the developers before the game was released, so you’ll have to purchase Vitti’s Wrath for the new campaign.
