Embark Studios has announced plans to conduct a limited-time test of a special mode for shooter ARC Raiders. From October 13 to October 20, 2026, players will be able to choose between the often dangerous PvPvE raids and the peaceful co-op mode, where they cannot be harmed by other users.
The creators took this step because viewers increasingly need to calmly explore the world and engage in exclusive battles with ARC’s robots.
During PvE testing, the overall value of loot will be reduced to balance the economy, and some particularly dangerous conditions (such as night attacks) will be disabled. The developers stress that this is just a temporary experiment that will help collect statistics and feedback for further development of the project. The studio will make a final decision on the fate of the regime after analyzing all the data collected.
