Obsidian Studios released three games last year – Avowed, Grounded 2 and The Outer Worlds 2. Development on Avowed has been completed, Grounded 2 continues to receive updates in Early Access, and The Outer Worlds 2 has released multiple updates this year, but there is still no information on the 2 DLC announced for the project. Amid the new phase of the “Xbox reboot,” there were rumors that the action-RPG expansion pack might be canceled, but Obsidian says that’s not the case.
When communicating with players, Obsidian representatives assured them that work on DLC for The Outer Worlds 2 is underway. But the developers haven’t announced any release date yet:

Let us remind you that Obsidian Studios became part of Bethesda this week. It has now been confirmed that they are working together on a new Fallout game.
