
Playground Games studio is preparing to release Fable S on Xbox Series X, Playstation 5, and PC on February 23, 2027. It’s been in development for about 10 years, and expectations are high among fans of the series and potential new players alike. At Gamescom, the developers showed off a lot of the game’s gameplay and combat system, and now it’s been revealed to Xbox fans as part of FanFest, and reviews of the project have been overwhelmingly positive.
According to event attendees, Fable on Xbox Series X ran at 60 FPS, and the game itself looked great. It was previously reported that the project will achieve a frame rate of 60 FPS on the console, but the developers have not yet officially announced the technical specifications.
