“Predator League” announced that the first “Predator League” Open Cup tournament for the tactical shooting game “VALORANT” will kick off in Russia. Anyone except professional players can participate and show off their skills.
The gaming brand Predator was created by Acer, one of the world’s largest PC manufacturers. The Predator League esports tournament has been held primarily in the Asia-Pacific region since 2018, attracting thousands of teams and millions of viewers. A total of 66 major events were held in 16 countries.
The competition will be played entirely online, giving players across the country an equal chance of winning. The focus of the competition includes a prize of up to 500,000 rubles and the title of Russian champion of the first Predator League Open Cup. VALORANT is a popular tactical first-person shooter from Riot Games, pitting two teams against each other in fast-paced 5v5 battles. Each game is a tense showdown that requires not only individual skills and exquisite shooting, but also the agents’ unique abilities, strategic thinking, and teamwork.
