Blizzard has announced a major renew The new heroine Saratate from the World of Warcraft universe appears in the MOBA “Heroes of the Storm”. This is the first new character to be added to the game in six years. The previous one was Crusher, which appeared in 2020.

- Void Volley [пассивно] – After five basic attacks, Saratate can release six void balls into the target area. Hitting an enemy hero increases the damage of this skill. To complete the mission, you can increase the range and speed of its charges. - Mark of Shadow [Q] — Releases an abyssal sphere that damages enemies. If the center portion of the projectile hits a hero or building, it will leave a mark on the target showing its location. Marked enemies will also attract Hearts of Darkness and Void minions to them.
- Ritual of the Heart of Darkness [W] – Summons a heart of darkness, causing periodic damage to nearby enemies. It moves to the location where the Shadow Mark strikes, pursues the marked enemy, and explodes on impact, dealing additional damage.
- void step [E] – Allows Saratate to teleport three times in a triangular trajectory. When the skill is activated, the normal attack becomes stronger. This ability can be completed in advance, allowing the heroine to stay at the current point.
- The void erupts [R] – Xalatat charges a powerful void sphere that increases in size over two seconds. The sphere can be fired early. It blinds and damages enemies on contact, and explodes at the end of its trajectory, dealing massive area damage. The longer the charge lasts, the stronger the attack power.
- Gathering of voids [R] – After two seconds of preparation, Saratate creates a void portal that can summon up to three minions. Portals will slow down nearby enemies, and minions will independently move to one of the lines and attack enemies. They will also pursue targets with Shadow Marks. The portal exists for 12 seconds.
In addition to the new heroine, Blizzard has also added the Dark Twilight Xalatat Bundle, which includes Xalatat herself, the Twilight Xalata skin, and the Phoenix Sindorei mount.
The characteristics of the wanderers on the Horrible Garden map have been changed. At the start of the match, their health and damage are now 25% lower than before, with the stats gradually returning to their original levels over the course of the match. The developers also added the ability to send signals about healing fountain recovery times, improved balance, and fixed bugs. The start screen and startup music have been updated.
