Over the weekend, Takafumi Noma, one of the development leaders of Unicorn Overlord, launched the new fantasy universe IGNISPHERE. At the same time, the first project in the series was also announced, titled DAWNGAZER. It is an action role-playing game scheduled to be released in 2028 on Playstation 5, Switch 2, and PC.
After the project was announced on social networks, players began actively asking about the DAWNGAZER version of Xbox Series X | S. A few days later, the developers declarethey decided to release the game on Microsoft consoles as well. They took to social networks to thank players for their multiple requests and assured that the game will also be released on Xbox Series X | However, the announcement did not specify whether this version will be released at the same time as other platform releases, or at a later date.
IGNISPHERE is an original universe with many nations and races that should expand beyond the gaming industry over time. Takafumi Noma serves as the screenwriter of “IGNISPHERE” and the director of “DAWNGAZER”. When creating “Unicorn Overlord”, he was not only responsible for leading the development, but also participated in the development of the plot and characters.
