Pearl Abyss has announced that its project Crimson Desert Enhanced Edition has been nominated for the 2026 Golden Joystick Awards in two categories: PC Game of the Year and Best Soundtrack.
The Golden Joystick Awards, established in 1983, are one of the oldest video game awards in the world. This year will mark the 44th anniversary of the awards ceremony. Nominees in each category are selected by a panel of gaming media representatives and industry experts, and winners are determined by online voting by players around the world.
The PC Game of the Year category recognizes games that offer an outstanding PC gaming experience, including technical performance and optimization, while the Best Soundtrack award is presented to a game that uses music to create a memorable and immersive experience.
The official website of the Golden Joystick Award has opened voting, and voting will last until October 23, 2026. The winners will be announced in London on November 11, 2026.
