Game Pass announces 2 Day One version – both sequels to famous games

Game Pass announces the launch of 2 Day One version - both continuations of famous games: from the website NEWXBOXONE.RU

For the Game Pass subscription, they announced 2 games that will be released on the service immediately upon release. Both are based on known series. One is a sequel and the second is an (almost) new annual version of the series.

A game about digging holes together – no release date

A Game About Digging A Hole, a fairly simple game about digging holes in your backyard, will join Game Pass in late 2025 after launching on Xbox. The project itself became a hit first on Steam and then on other platforms as well. Late last year, amid widespread criticism of Game Pass, many players ranked Burrower as one of the better versions.

Now, the developers of DoubleBee and Rokaplay have announced a sequel to the project. It’s called “the game of digging holes together.” In it, players can expect the same minimalist burrowing gameplay, but now co-op on the beach instead of the backyard. The developers have already discussed key points of the sequel:

  • Cross-platform co-op multiplayer for up to 4 people. You can also play in single player mode.
  • A significantly larger world with a variety of terrains.
  • There are many improvements to Class 4 tools.
  • More items can be found underground.
  • There are many fun moments in replaying the game, and playing through the game takes even more time.

The Digging Game doesn’t yet have a release date, but it has been announced that the game will be released on Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One and PC, as well as Game Pass.

Football Manager 27 – November 10, 2026

SEGA has announced the release date for the new installment of Football Manager. Last year, the game underwent significant changes with the transition to the Unity engine. This year, the developers plan to release an updated version of the project, which has been revised based on player feedback on the previous installment.

Details about Football Manager 27 are currently scarce. The developers promise to significantly update the interface (which was criticized in Football Manager 26), bring back some fan-favorite features from the series, and significantly improve realism and performance.

Football Manager 27 will be released on Xbox and PC consoles on November 10, and will also be available on Game Pass immediately.
