Smilegate adds co-op dungeons and new progression system to MMORPG Eclipse: The Awakening

Smilegate has released a major update for Eclipse: The Awakening, an MMORPG produced by NPIXEL Studios. The patch brings long-awaited co-op content innovations and important quality-of-life improvements to the game.

The main new addition is the “Co-op Battle” mode – a team dungeon for 4 to 5 players, available through auto-selection. Participants must defeat two powerful bosses, Laserien and Tulkan, within the specified time to obtain valuable trophies, including rare equipment blueprints, skill books, and stigmata. In addition, the game also introduces a “development effect” system. By accumulating transcendence progress and weapon appearance, you can obtain permanent passive bonuses to characteristics. AI mode now extends to normal dungeons.

In order to ensure comfortable gaming conditions, the company will open the new world “Celine” on October 2, and unite the three servers to conduct joint cross-server battles and PvP activities.
