Stubby Games has confirmed a full release date for roguelike first-person shooter VOID/BREAKER, which is currently in Early Access. The full version will be released on PC on November 4, 2026 (steamMicrosoft Store), and will be released for the first time on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S game consoles on the same day. PC Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers will be able to play the game for free.
VOID/BREAKER is a fast-paced roguelike first-person shooter in which players must fight against hostile artificial intelligence-controlled machines. In the story, the hero finds himself caught up in an endless series of events in which he is forced to fight and die again and again. The basis of the combat system is high-speed movement and shooting. Players will be able to move quickly around the arena, dodge machine attacks, and exploit the environment during combat. Destructible walls and structures will become part of the gameplay as they can be destroyed by collapsing obstacles and shocking opponents.
Weapon creation plays an important role in the game. The game offers a deep modification system, and various mods can be combined with each other to create different weapon options and combat combinations. Each game will also revolve around choosing a route. Players must decide which battles to accept and which path to take next. More dangerous routes offer greater rewards, while safer options reduce risk.
VOID/BREAKER was developed solely by Daniel Stabbington of Stubby Games. He previously created the puzzle game “The Entropy Center”, which was released in 2022.
