how famous In an internal email from Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, Ryan “Putting the organization in a strong position”. As Nadella noted, his team has done a lot of work over the past year to bring together different elements of product development and design, which has allowed the company to enter a new phase of development.
Just last week, a new version of Copilot was released, the platform Microsoft now calls “Working Operating System”. A month ago, Rolansky criticized documents generated entirely by artificial intelligence on the page of LinkedIn, the social network he previously led, saying they “Employee Trap”. According to him, if you are not careful in this regard, then all office workers will find themselves stuck in a sea of identical and common documents, and avoiding reading and writing will be very expensive.
Roslansky’s departure triggered a series of personnel changes in Microsoft’s management. The Office and Teams teams are moving under the management of Charles Lamanna, while integrating with Copilot, Agents and Platform. This is the second major organizational change in the Office business since the company’s former experience and devices chief Rajesh Jha left Microsoft.
Microsoft design director Jon Friedman will report to Copilot head Jacob Andreou. Dan Shapero, who was previously appointed to the position, will continue to lead LinkedIn. Roslansky attributed his decision to leave Microsoft to his reluctance to work full-time at the company’s headquarters in Redmond, Wash., as he has family and loved ones in the San Francisco, Calif., area. Ryan said that wouldn’t allow him to do the job with the dedication needed in a new location.
In a speech to his now-former colleagues, Roslansky explained that he came up with the idea of using the Internet to help his colleagues and those around him in 1996, when he was just entering college. In 2009, Ryan got a job at LinkedIn and worked on the project for the next 18 years. In 2020, he became the CEO of the social network. The pandemic helped expand its user base to more than 1 billion people and nearly triple its business volume.
Roslansky, who has been leading Microsoft 365 since last year, said that as artificial intelligence rapidly changes the way professionals work, the old rules no longer apply. In an open letter, Ryan thanked Satya Nadella for her trust and job opportunities after the LinkedIn acquisition. He firmly believes that this platform allows the professional community to develop more effectively and has contributed to the business prosperity of many enterprises and entrepreneurs.
