There’s obviously nothing confirmed, but the site claims to have received accurate information on this, so much so that it also mentions feature Cards planned for various special packages, indicating that such plans may in fact be available.
The Pokémon Company, on the other hand, is used to special scenarios for such events, such as ones dedicated to Halloween, so it’s not ruled out that it could also use Valentine’s Day to gain a little more exposure.

According to a report from PokeBeach , special “Pokemon TCG Valentine’s Day Boxes” should be distributed, or boxes specifically for the new sets. From January 27th It should obviously be Valentine’s Day themed.
Each box should contain 20 Valentine’s Day-specific mini boosters, each booster pack contains Three Pokémon TCG cards, plus five stickers.
