Studio Sloclap and publisher Kepler Interactive have announced the release date for the mobile version of their action game Sifu. This hard-core kung fu action movie will land on iOS and Android smartphone screens on October 12, 2026, and is open for pre-registration on the App Store and Google Play digital stores.
The mobile re-release will retain all original content from the story campaign without any compromises. Players will find a familiar revenge story and the iconic aging mechanic – after each defeat, the hero is resurrected with the help of a mysterious amulet and uses his life to pay for the wrong. The developers’ main task was to adapt a complex Bakmei-style combat system to a small touch screen. To do this, the author completely redesigned the controls, reconfigured the behavior of the virtual camera, and added full support for external entity controllers.
