At the beginning of the year, the news of the change of name of Focus Entertainment, the publisher well known to the public for having contributed to the arrival of various products in the videogame market, took center stage. Focus Entertainment will officially become Pullup Entertainmentand this will happen very soon: the April 1st it will be the day of the big news.
As made public thanks to the publication of the report of the meeting with investors, Pullup Entertainment will be the company's new name starting early April. The change of direction that occurred over the months was also approved by the stakeholders on February 28, in which it was further reiterated that this innovation will also lead to a change in the organizational structure of the company. Almost a year after the announcement of a new acquisition by Focus Entertainment, there is an air of change.
Based on the stipulated agreement, the board of directors decided to create three complementary business divisions: Publishing, Dotemu and Development Studios. Over the next few weeks, all the above changes will take place, and from the document drawn up we also know that the executive task will be composed of:
Fabrice Larue, Chief Executive Officer; Geoffroy Sardin, Deputy Chief Executive Officer; Laure d'Hauteville, Chief Financial Officer; Philippe Perthuis, Secretary General for Human Resources; John Bert, Managing Director of FOCUS ENTERTAINMENT, responsible for publishing AA games; Cyrille Imbert, Managing Director for Indie Game Publishing and CEO of Dotemu
The announcement of the latest managerial figure is still awaited, but in the meantime Focus Entertainment is ready for the change of direction.
