Envision Entertainment will deliver a first look at the economy update for Pioneers of Pagonia today. A developer livestream was announced for this purpose.
Live stream from 4 p.m
None other than Siedler co-inventor Volker Wertich, Creative Director at Envision, will lead through the first half of the developer talk in a live stream from 4 p.m. on Twitch, YouTube and Steam. The fishermen as well as the fishing hut, the large camp and statistics were named as topics for the upcoming economy update. The second half of the live stream is about motion capture and animations. 3D Character Artist Katja and 3D Environment Artist Alex introduce this part.
There is currently no specific release date for the economy update – February was mentioned in a roadmap. Even before the start of early access in mid-December, there was an outlook on future content. For the first quarter of 2024, at least at that time, the shared co-op mode, expanded production statistics, underground mining and the fishing hut, one of the most frequently requested buildings by the community in the closed alpha, were planned. “More great things” are expected to come in the second quarter of 2024, but were not specified at the time.

In the live stream, Envision will reveal when these gameplay elements will be transferred to the normal branch of the early access version.
