After waiting for almost four years, the sequel to Final Fantasy VII Remake is finally available. The least we can say is that players were eager to explore the semi-open areas of this FF7 Rebirth and share their impressions on this grandiose adventure. In the myriad of compliments given to this sequel, there are scathing remarks everywhere about one of the cutest creatures in the Final Fantasy universe.
Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, an exceptional game… and an unexpected flaw!
It's now been a little over a week since players have had Final Fantasy VII Rebirth in their hands. During these few days, they were therefore able to confront the opinion of the press which, in the vast majority, favored this sequel to Final Fantasy VII Remake. On the Metacritic rating aggregator, Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth managed to exceed the score of 90/100 and has a rating of 92/100 (it lost one point shortly after release). For our part, we opted for the general average of 19/20. Regardless, the players seem to more or less share the same opinion as the press, which is rare enough to be highlighted.
On social networks, many players are sharing their impressions of Final Fantasy VII Rebirthwhether to praise the combat system, admit to being amazed by the richness offered by the game or quite simply to share their amazement at the work of the teams of Creative Business Unit I. Obviously, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is still on board flaws, even if it erased quite a few compared to the Remake episode, and the players also noticed it. However, there is one criticism that we didn't expect, and it directly concerns one of the most iconic creatures in the franchise.

FF7 Rebirth players have… a grudge against the design of the Mogs
No, we are not referring to the famous Chocobos. It must be said that seeing a variation of colors in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, as well as versions in chick form, helped melt the hearts of fans. A reaction that the Mogs would have loved to provoke… Because, yes, it is indeed the latter who come up against the thoughts of the fans. In this case, their new design is apparently not unanimous and the players are making it known on social networks because few of them dare to defend themselves. However, these were already under our noses in the Remake episode, but this bad impression is played out on a few details.
btw the FF7 Rebirth Moogle is the same design as the FF7 Remake Moogle. Only difference is they werenât talking to us and opening their mouths as much in Remake for people to be super creeped out by them lol! #FF7R pic.twitter.com/OM53flewch

More precisely, if the Mogs (or Moogles in VA) may seem adorable at first glance, in particular because of their aesthetic which is reminiscent of a large stuffed animal, there is one aspect that makes players break out in a cold sweat: namely, the fact that they have… teeth. On social networks, it is the criticism that is most often leveled against them. More generally, it is their face and their way of speaking that could almost give some players nightmares. To add insult to injury, there are many who regret the design of Nektar, the mog who tells you about his adventures and tells you about the hunts to be carried out in Final Fantasy XVI.
