In 2022, the game Ereban: Shadow Legacy was announced at the June Xbox show, and at the same time it was announced that the project would become part of Game Pass on release day – on Xbox and PC. The stealth action game was planned to be released in the first half of 2023, but its release date was pushed back several times, and the developers recently announced that the game would not appear on Xbox or Game Pass for consoles on release day. But the question remained whether the project would be released on Game Pass on PC on release day.
Today, the developers officially confirmed that there are no plans to release the game on Game Pass on PC. They reported that they have decided on the release date for Ereban: Shadow Legacy – April 10, 2024, on this day the game will appear on Steam and the Epic Games Store.
It appears that plans for the game's release on Game Pass have been changed due to Ereban: Shadow Legacy's developers being rejected by publisher Raw Fury. As it became known, the Baby Robot Games studio will independently publish the game.
It is currently unknown whether Ereban: Shadow Legacy will make its way to Xbox in the future. The authors of the project noted that they would like to release the project on consoles, but so far they cannot say unequivocally that it will appear there.
With the announcement of the release date, Ereban: Shadow Legacy published a new trailer, which can be seen below.
