Who is the B&You operator?
B&You was born on July 18, 2011 and represents Bouygues Télécom's response to the arrival of Free on the telecoms market. The service arrived frontally opposite Sosh at Orange and RED at SFR.
Its primary objective was therefore to offer new plans at low prices and without commitment, so that Bouygues Télécom customers had an option that could compete with Free's aggressive prices. At the end of 2014, B&You disappeared as a brand in its own right, and then became a range of non-binding mobile plans attached to the parent company Bouygues Telecom.
Like many mobile plans without commitment linked to a major brand, B&You does not have specific physical stores. However, it is possible to subscribe to B&You packages in Bouygues Télécom stores. Customer service is also the same as for Bouygues Telecom customers and is carried out by telephone or by direct chat with an advisor.
B&You: mobile offers that focus on special series
B&You offers no-obligation plans including unlimited calls, SMS and MMS in France, Europe and the French Overseas Territories. Calls are also unlimited to international landlines in 120 different destinations, for example Africa, Asia and America.
On the price side, the so-called “Special Series” offers limited in time constitute the heart of the range with mobile plans with a very advantageous data/price ratio, especially if we compare to the usual mobile plans from Bouygues which are often more expensive and with commitment of up to 12 months, even without a roaming mobile. Remember to visit our Good Deals page to be the first to know if a new special series is in progress with the operator.
The only disadvantage of B&You concerns data valid abroad: divide at least by two the data included in your package. For example, for a 200 GB plan at 15.99 euros per month, you “only” have 25 GB abroad while a similar plan with Bouygues will be more around 80 GB for a similar package. This is something to take into account if you plan to travel abroad. We also have no options allowing you to go further than in Europe, unlike Free or RED which offer the possibility of using part of your mobile data in the USA, Canada and even sometimes in Asia.
Note also that all B&You packages can be accompanied by the purchase of a smartphone. The majority of the latest manufacturers and phones are offered, some with a promotion.
Paid options without commitment
If B&you does not offer Fiber and ADSL offers unlike its competitors – undoubtedly to make room for the operator's Bbox offers – the mobile plans offer a few paid options which can make the difference, particularly for people using exclusively their mobile.
We note, for example, the addition of 5G for 3 euros more per month, the addition of a second number via the On/Off option or even Norton 360 protection for 5 euros more per month.
The second best network in France
One of the main advantages of B&You packages lies mainly in its network. The offer benefits from the same antenna network as Bouygues Télécom customers. The latter is often cited as the second best network in France in terms of coverage and surface area, just behind that of Orange according to ARCEP and approximately at the same level as SFR on 4G.
The operator's national 4G coverage is ensured by more than 72,000 antennas spread across the entire metropolitan area and delivering all possible frequencies. On the 5G side, the operator is in second place, behind Orange, for 3.5 GHz sites.

Note, however, that, still according to ARCEP, Bouygues has lost its place as number two in mobile networks in rural and sparsely populated areas to the benefit of SFR and especially Free. It's all the more a shame as it had a real lead on this point in recent years. This is a criterion to take into account if you live in these areas or communities. In this case, we always recommend checking the network coverage near you,

What are the differences between Bouygues and B&You?

You can very easily switch from a Bouygues plan to a B&You plan directly from your Bouygues customer area. Please note, however, that you must no longer be hired, and you are not eligible for the “Special Series” coming from Bouygues. These offers are reserved for new customers.

Which countries are included in the b&You package?
B&You plans include a roaming option in Europe, which allows you to use your plan (calls, SMS, mobile data) in European Union countries at no additional cost.
