GTA 6 will be able to run at a stable 60fps on PS5 Pro? In response to a fan within a Chinese forum, Rockstar Games senior artist Hailin Si revealed that the New York-based company is confident that it will be like this. Richard Leadbetter, the Technology Editor of Digital Foundry, has an opposite opinion.
Hailin Si makes no reference to a specific console that can handle GTA 6 at a stable 60 frames per second. At the moment we therefore do not know exactly which model of Sony console we may be referring to. It could also mean the future PS5 Pro, not yet officially announced despite some rumors leaked online about the specifications.
However, Hailin Si's statements have been removed and this could mean that Rockstar Games still does not want to disclose this type of information regarding GTA 6. It may also be that the senior artist's words are baseless, so we will have to wait to find out some more details about it.
GTA 6 is expected on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series in 2025. The PC version should arrive later. The game, which appears to be in the final stages of development, will be the most important launch in gaming history for analyst Matt Piscatella. During a meeting with investors, Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot stated that GTA 6 will have a positive impact on the French company.
