Or you can create a Battle.net account from here.Once you have downloaded Battle.net and connected the accounts, you can complete the installation of Diablo IV!
Diablo 4 gameplay
Your character traverses the open world of Sanctuary and fights through the progression system as one of five fantasy classes: Barbarian, Druid, Necromancer, Hunter or Spellcaster. Participate in world events, conquer fortresses, work with other players to defeat world bosses, or fight against other players in the PvP Fields of Hate. Join a clan or create one yourself to form alliances with other players.
Diablo boss Rod Fergusson shows how you can play the game in a short “Teach me” video:

There are five classes to choose from in Diablo IV. Each has multiple skills and talents that fit your preferred playstyle.
Barbar: You wield massive two-handed weapons (with the ability to switch between the two in the heat of battle) and face your enemies in close combat.Druid: In Sanctuary, transform into a werewolf or werebear as you and your animal companions (each granting you a special blessing) spread magic to strike fear into everyone around you.Necromancer: As a speaker of the dead, you never have to travel alone. Use your mundane knowledge to summon your personal pack of skeletons and a golem to fight the monsters with you.Hunter: If you can't decide between ranged and melee, why not choose both? Move quickly in combat to either stab your enemies up close or shoot them with your bow from a distance.Magic: Enjoy time by the fire as you use elemental magic to set your enemies ablaze (or freeze them, or defeat them with lightning).
If you are new to Diablo IV, we recommend that you first create a character in the seasonal world, but do not check the “Skip Campaign” option – fight through Diablo IV's story mode first. Seasons are recurring, time-limited Events, challenges, rewards and gameplay changes. When a season ends, your seasonal characters and their progressions will be converted to non-seasonal characters. So once you've beaten Story Mode, you'll be able to create a new character for Season 4, which starts in May!
