Players from Russia are experiencing issues when trying to launch ARPG UNDECEMBER and use the game’s services. After verifying the situation, the developers said they had no zoning restrictions.
According to the inspection results, the UNDECEMBER server is operating normally and game access in some areas has not been officially blocked. Developers believe that the cause of the problem may be limitations in local network capabilities or network provider.
At the same time, developers cannot directly help affected players through game tools. If additional information about this issue emerges, we promise to release it through the official UNDECEMBER channel. Meanwhile, Russian players are left to deal with connectivity issues on their own – apparently the game has decided to shift the responsibility to the internet.
Unfortunately, more and more Western projects are no longer available to Russian players, despite the developers themselves claiming that there are no restrictions. Write in the comments what other projects you can’t connect to from Russia.
