The long-awaited single-player mode and updated character handling system have arrived in the beta client of survival game Dune: Awakening.

A public test of major innovations has begun in the beta version of survival game Dune: Awakening, which will launch on PC and consoles on September 22, 2026. The main new addition is a full-fledged single-player mode that lets you explore the planet at a comfortable pace.

Players can choose from pre-made survival settings or manually adjust the frequency of sandstorms, item wear, and sandworm spawning. In addition, the update also brings a redesigned main menu interface, which makes it easier to change characters, view game statistics, and support transferring heroes to private servers.

Try the new features now on the test server or wait for the patch to be released on all platforms.
