The developers of tactical shooter Active Matter hosted a large Q&A session, focusing specifically on the upcoming release of the game on Steam and consoles, as well as changes in the upcoming major update.

The author will announce the exact release date at the end of August, and players who previously purchased the project through the Gaijin store will be able to get the equivalent version for free on Steam for a limited time. Additionally, French, Spanish and Portuguese will be added to the existing languages.

The team is actively working on the gameplay: in the next patch, the behavior of monsters will be redesigned so that they do not run into the sound of silencers on all floors of the building. The developers also intend to make high-level upgrades smoother and faster, improve the resurrection mechanism after breaking through consciousness storage, and expand the possibilities for world item investigations and quests.

As for the arsenal and equipment, the authors do not intend to introduce complex mechanisms for regular cleaning and dismantling of weapons, only to have rusty barrels misfire, but over time they will introduce into the game the legendary machine guns of the Second World War – MG 42 and DP-27. Heavy armored vehicles in the form of tanks and helicopters will appear on the Nexus map in a special battle mode, and the fight against third-party software and cheaters will remain uncompromising and will be punished with a permanent ban.
