In the MMORPG Albion Online, a showdown with Ashborn is brewing. Their leader Maeve, the Unchained Oracle, has taken it upon herself to train her fanatical followers, which means the Guardians’ uprising is clearly not going to subside on its own.
Maeve travels throughout Albion’s Ashbourne camp, spreading her message and gathering strength before the final stages of the ceremony. She is assisted by the Soul Spinners, who have traveled to the small camp to test the preparations of the remaining rebels. Meanwhile, players are asked to step in and try to stop the rebels’ plans before they can move on to the final part of the plan.
The event will last until August 31st, so there won’t be much time to find rewards. Participants will be able to complete special missions and earn unique cosmetics, including Ashbourne Armor and Ashbourne Helmet. The developer revealed the details in the latest developer diary, and the ending of Uprising looks to be big enough to safely leave Albion without another quiet Monday.
