As promised, in the early hours of August 18, Chinese studio S-Game hosted a new screening of the semi-open world fantasy action role-playing game Phantom Blade Zero as part of the State of Play special edition.

“Phantom Blade Zero” is set in the world of kung fu punk, combining traditional kung fu with steam punk elements and body modification. Players will be able to explore eight spacious, interconnected locations.
The user takes on the role of Soul, an elite assassin of the elusive organization “The Order” who is unfairly accused of killing its patriarch. Within 66 days, the hero must uncover the conspiracy and prove his innocence.
Demonstrating Phantom Blade Zero at the State of Play (see. video Pictured above) lasts about 20 minutes and includes the game world, combat system, upgrades, and a grand battle against the boss, the Dancing Lion.
In addition, State of Play also confirmed the game features of the PS5 version, 30 main weapons and 25 auxiliary weapons, four difficulty levels – in the “66 days” hardcore mode, players only have 66 attempts to complete.
Contrary to expectations (short trial version) light up on the PS Store), the State of Play special issue dedicated to Phantom Blade Zero did not serve as a stage for the announcement and release of the highly anticipated demo of the game.
