Now the author of The Relic: First Guardian has announced that the game will be released on Xbox Series X | Released on September 25th, it will also appear on Xbox PC. The Switch 2 version will be available on October 9th.
At the same time, the developer announced that it would lower the project cost to $34.99 on all platforms. The new prices will take effect on August 26th. Note that the price before the markdown was $49.99, making it $15 more expensive.
Owners of the PC and Playstation 5 versions of The Relic: First Guardian who purchase it at full price will receive an exclusive Sealing Stone. It opens a separate dungeon with its own storyline, bosses, and unique loot. The developers promise to reveal details on how to earn rewards later. Apparently, this content will always remain exclusive to Playstation 5 and PC.
The developers of Project Cloud Games also stated that they will continue to improve the game based on community feedback. According to the author, user ratings and reviews are gradually improving after the change.
