Asobo Studio and Focus Entertainment’s Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy will be released at the end of August. The game has been promoted by Team Xbox since launch and will also be part of Game Pass upon launch. Microsoft has teamed up with the developer to release limited edition gamepads for Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy, one of which was obtained by a Reddit user.
Reddit player Fletch2199 publish Photo of an Xbox controller themed to Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy. According to him, Microsoft released only 30 such controllers, and he became the owner of one of them. The author of the photo also noted that the gamepad “It looks incredible and the details are stunning”.
It’s unclear who received the remaining Resonance: A Plague Tale themed Xbox controller. Microsoft and Asobo Studio may launch a giveaway for one or more of the controllers closer to the game’s release, as the Xbox team often does with rare game controllers.
Resonance: A Plague Tale: Legacy will be released on August 27, making it the longest game in the series.
