The dimensions of the CNPS15X BP model are 126 × 135 × 159 mm, weight – 1170 g. The cooler uses six heat pipes. 104 pieces of aluminum radiator with a total heat dissipation area of 9997cm22. This cooler is designed to dissipate processors up to 285 W.
The cooling system also includes two 120 mm ZM-XF120 (ARGB) fans operating at 600 to 2000 rpm. They produce airflow up to 71.14 CFM with noise levels not exceeding 32.9 dBA. Zalman said the CNPS15X BP allows the installation of memory modules with standard heat sinks up to 44 mm high, or modules up to 52 mm high with a recessed central portion of the heat sink.
The CNPS12X BP model is a more compact version of the cooler, measuring 120×120×153 and weighing 750 grams. The cooler features six heat pipes that are in direct contact with the processor cover. This cooling system is designed to dissipate up to 260 W of heat energy.
The two included 120mm fans operate at speeds from 800 to 1800 rpm, producing up to 74.62 CFM of airflow. Their noise level does not exceed 32.2 dBA. In other words, although their overall thermal power consumption is lower, they are slightly quieter and provide higher airflow.
Both Zalman coolers are equipped with anti-vibration rubber pads and a bending protection system that secures the cooler with high-strength reinforced bridges. The new product is compatible with Intel LGA 1851, 1700, 1200 and 115X processor sockets, as well as AMD AM5/AM4.
The cooler comes with a pack of thermal paste ZALMAN ZM-STC11 (for CNPS15X) or ZM-STC8 (for CNPS12X). Pricing and an exact start date for the new cooling system have yet to be announced.
