The remastered version of the Assassin’s Creed classic is a complete success here too. An important sales mark was broken in July.
For Ubisoft, a new version of the classic Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag has totally paid off. Completely revamped and expanded, Black Flag Resync quickly became a worldwide sensation, crossing the multi-million mark at the box office.
The game also performed very well within Germany (as expected). When released in July, over 200,000 copies were sold over the counter in Germany. Therefore, the German Game Association Games was able to take action again.
To achieve this goal, the game awards Platinum level game sales. A game about Edward Kenway during the Golden Age of Piracy, released for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series. You can still get double platinum for every 400,000 copies sold in Germany, and multi-platinum for every 600,000 copies sold. Can Ubisoft still celebrate this success?
