The latest beta version of macOS 26.7 has become the source of unexpected leaks for Apple devices. In addition to AirPods with cameras, she also helped reveal information about the new HomePod mini smart speakers, monitors, a Siri remote for the updated Apple TV 4K set-top box, and the HomePad smart display.

Like HomePod, the smart display will likely run on a derivative of the tvOS platform, but it will have a completely different interface. Therefore, its main screen has “Dial” and “Dial Library”. It turns out that it’s an analogue of the Apple Watch watch face, just larger.
The home screen will be customizable with different widgets and smart stacks, so owners will see different widgets throughout the day. The macOS 26.7 code also hints at an interesting privacy feature: personal information in gadgets will only be displayed if the device detects that its owner’s iPhone is nearby.
The HomePad smart screen is expected to come in two versions: one with a speaker-style stand reminiscent of the HomePod smart speaker; The second one will be designed to be mounted on a wall. Information about other Apple devices is likely to emerge soon – and we shouldn’t rule out the possibility that the traditionally closed manufacturer deliberately allowed such leaks.
