Colorful has launched the P16 Pro Starwind Water Cooled Edition 2026, its first gaming laptop to come with an external docking station with external cooling. The $1,710 computer is powered by an Intel Core Ultra 7 251HX processor and comes with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5060 mobile graphics card.

Colorful P16 Pro Star Wind Water-cooled Edition 2026 is equipped with a 16-inch IPS display with a resolution of 2560×1600 pixels, an update rate of 300Hz, and a brightness of 500cd/m2 And fully covers the sRGB color space. There is 16 GB DDR5-5600 RAM and 1 TB PCIe 4.0 SSD. The battery capacity is 60Wh, powered by a 280W gallium nitride unit; the notebook is 19.9 mm thick and weighs 2.05 kg. Previously, Colorful installed Blue Sky’s air-cooling system, but the emergence of LCS pointed to Tsinghua Tongfang.
The cooling system includes two fans and five heat pipes with integrated liquid cooling loops. The performance of the air cooling system is up to 150 W. After connecting the Starwind S1 docking station, coolant begins to circulate inside the laptop and the fan speed slows down. For most gaming laptops, such systems are provided by Tsinghua Tongfang.
The Colorful P16 Pro Star Wind Water-cooled Edition 2026 is priced at US$1,710; the liquid-cooled notebook will be sold on August 28.
