Indie studio CODE 84 has released the official trailer and details for its upcoming tactical horror first-person shooter IT BEGAN. The game combines the dark and oppressive atmosphere of BioShock with the precise tactical tension of games like Ready or Not.
The main feature of the new product will be a deep psychological stress system: fear serves here as a full-fledged game mechanic, in which growing panic can be more dangerous than the monsters chasing the player. Fighting in a world filled with cults and mysterious creatures requires careful planning, stealth, and resource management, not just blind firepower.
