Developers at Studio Wildcard have announced that they are preparing to release one of the biggest technical updates for Ark: Survival Ascension. The patch is scheduled to be released on September 30, 2026, when the game will transition to Unreal Engine 5.8.
In addition to major system performance improvements and platform-specific fixes, players will receive major content packs on the same day. The highlight will be the long-awaited Therizinosaurus TLC Patchcompletely changing the appearance and animation of the iconic creature.
