The limited-time Feast of Grimnir event has returned to Warhammer: Vermintide 2. From August 25 to September 6, players will be able to travel to Karakdar, fight trolls, and complete Cousin Okri’s quests for additional rewards.
To participate, you must select the weekly event mode on the Adventure Map and initiate the special quest Feast of Grimnir. Completing it will allow you to complete repeatable quests in the Book of Okri and earn shillings and chests. In addition, in the Miracle Arcade, loners will once again receive past event rewards and can purchase them with in-game currency for a limited time.
At the same time, the developers released update 6.12.0. The Troll Chief has received a new portrait frame, and information about the boss’s stages is now displayed similar to the Mark of Resentment. His damage protection has been moved to Lord level, and his max health has been lowered to compensate for the changes, but enemies should become more dangerous overall. In Cataclysm 3, the Warchief’s health has been increased by approximately 15%.
The patch also fixes a number of glitches and bugs, including issues with Twitch, Necromancer and Skeleton Sacrifice, weekly expeditions, and seasonal fortress changes. Additionally, the developers continue to work on Skittergate’s invulnerability and have fixed the display of the Kerillian Longbow’s runic illusion glow.
