Phasmophobia has released update 0.19.0.0, the second part of a major improvement to the quality of the game. The developers have added several new variants of maps, redesigned the handling of evidence, and made dozens of fixes that impact gameplay.
Options are now limited at the jail, Brownstone High School and Point Hope. The camera and audio recorder can now indicate duplicate clues, and the log has also received some useful changes: it shows the type of clues and ghosts selected by other players, and the key section has been replaced by a list of found items. Additionally, when you select a ghost type, the game will highlight the corresponding clues.

Developers have also improved network stability, VR controls, and interaction with devices. Dead characters now appear to be actually dead, voice chat closes immediately upon death, and soul boxes can be used in OCR mode without having to hold them in your hands. Custom difficulty with a multiplier of 0 now disables progression and achievements.
The main part of the patch is dedicated to bug fixes. The team tackled hideouts, doors, maps, cameras, motion sensors, music boxes, tarot cards and various devices. Map locations such as 13 Willow Street, Prison, Sunny Meadows, Point Hope, and VR mode have received some fixes.
