Pearl Abyss announced that the regular season of the MMORPG “Black Desert” Guild League has officially begun, lasting six weeks – from August 26 to October 7.
To make the battles more lively, the developers shortened the match time from 20 minutes to 12 minutes and lowered the victory score threshold from 1,000 points to 600 points. The battle took place in four arenas, including Gyeongbokgung Palace. The guild with the best performance this season will receive the title of “Guild Warrior”, 5,000 Crown Stones, rare potions and 500 billion silver in the treasury, with prizes reaching up to 60th place.
The update also brings major ocean content, adding a new monster area, Lyngbakr’s Habitat, where adventurers must face monsters to gain valuable resources. In addition, the sailor’s arsenal was equipped with yellow equipment “Falasi” and “Chongun” for galleons and bannosons, and a new shipyard was opened on the island of Cheonsa. To commemorate the release of the ocean content in the game, an event will be running until September 9th, offering double experience for sailing, bartering, and upgrading sailors.
