Frictional Games, a Swedish studio known for its horror films amnesia and SomaAs part of Gamescom’s opening night live ceremony, the company showed off a new trailer for its upcoming project Ontos.
The film showcases the studio’s iconic and deeply disturbing science fiction, while also confirming the participation of renowned Swedish actor Stellan Skarsgård (Stellan Skarsgård).
The game is positioned as a spiritual successor Soma. Players will play the role of an engineer named Aditi, who is exploring the renovated Samsara Hotel.
As the game progresses, the user will encounter difficult moral dilemmas with no right or wrong answers, as well as gruesome experiments – for example, a terrifying device with an artificial brain and many interconnected rats.
