Associated company Wildberry & Russ (RWB) has launched its own instant messaging software, WB Chat, whose development was previously announced by the company’s head, Tatyana Kim. The resource highlights that the beta version of the messenger will be available to all customers of the platform after registering through a WB ID «Kod.ru».

You can download the app from Google Play, App Store and RuStore. An online version is also available. Profile displays name, status, avatar and unique nickname. The WB Chat interface is the same as other instant messaging tools: there are tabs for individual conversations, personal chats, groups, and channels.
The app offers features like sharing photos and videos, forwarding and replying to messages, as well as user status and a “Favorites” section. Automatic transcription of voice messages is also supported: a button will appear next to the play key to convert recorded audio files into text.

WB FZE is listed as the publisher of this app on the Google Play online store, located in Hamriyah Free Economic Zone, Emirate of Sharjah (UAE).
In March 2025, Wildberry launched Wibes, a video shopping platform designed for communication between buyers, sellers and bloggers. When talking about this, Kim said that the video platform supports communication, but it cannot create group chats.
