Publisher Devolver Digital has announced the ironic project Volvy’s Adventure: Reslimed, which has been teased as its main rival for years grand theft auto 6. The game, which is “a remastered version of the second remake of the original, unreleased monochrome action-platformer,” will be available exclusively on Steam on November 19, with pre-orders now available.
The story centers on Walvi, the company’s mascot, who must use his giant hands to stop an evil wizard who is releasing goo and kidnapping his friends.
Gameplay includes exploring four redesigned worlds, crossing chasms with the help of a helicopter arm, intense boss battles, and transforming into the muscular Svolvy after eating an onion. The developers promise completely redrawn graphics, new mini-games that don’t promote smoking, and plenty of brand humor.
