On Thursday night, gaming company Rockstar showed off the first detailed gameplay footage of the highly anticipated video game Grand Theft Auto VI. As part of a partnership with Netflix, the 26-minute film is available exclusively on the streaming service. Following multiple leaks of unconfirmed images, this is the first time an official image of the game has been shared.
GTA VI is the follow-up to the 2013 fifth installment, set in the fictional Florida, USA. The images shown show that in addition to robbing, shooting, stealing and driving cars, you can also keep dogs, watch TV, play sports, swim, smoke and party in clubs.
Ahead of the Netflix special, several images of alleged GTA VI gameplay leaked online. Rockstar said in a statement that it regretted the leak and apologized for the game’s delay. The game has been delayed several times before, but will finally be released on November 19th this year.
