Samsung officially launches smartphone Galaxy S26 FE — The entry-level model is the first in the flagship series to come with One UI 9 interface, advanced camera features and Galaxy AI capabilities.

The Samsung Galaxy S26 FE smartphone is powered by the Exynos 2500 processor and equipped with a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a brightness of up to 1900 cd/m². The back panel houses a 500,000-pixel main camera with optical stabilizer, a 120,000-pixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and an 8-megapixel camera with 3x optical zoom; they are also paired with a front-facing 12-megapixel camera. 8 GB RAM and built-in storage ranging from 128 to 512 GB provide high smartphone performance. The 4900 mAh battery supports 45 W charging – charging to 69% in 30 minutes. The casing meets IP68 standards and is waterproof and dustproof.
Samsung Galaxy S26 FE’s high-quality photography is guaranteed by a wide range of artificial intelligence features, including the “auto-center” function introduced in the Korean manufacturer’s latest foldable smartphone, and the “horizontal lock super stable” function common in the Galaxy S26 main line. Provides a variety of photo post-processing functions, including simple text query. Google’s AI features include the Gemini Omni video generator, My Day widgets, AI suggestions integrated with third-party apps, and Google’s Circle and Find features. There’s also the Samsung Smart Switch feature, which makes it easier to transfer data from your old smartphone to Google Android or Apple iOS.
The manufacturer promises seven major Android updates. The Samsung Galaxy S26 FE smartphone will go on sale in select markets on September 4. The machine is available in black, green and purple. Basic versions start at $700. That’s $50 more than the starting price of the 128GB Galaxy S25 FE.
