Capcom has announced that “Onimusha: Kendo” will use “Issen” by Japanese rock band MAN WITH A MISSION as its official promotional song. A new special promotional video has also been released to celebrate the announcement.
The composition of “Ichimori” was created specifically with the background and themes of “Onimusha: The Way of the Kennel” in mind. Its name echoes Ethan’s signature counter-attack mechanic, which rewards precisely timed attacks on enemies.
Capcom also showed off new artwork created in collaboration with the group, featuring Miyamoto Musashi and members of MAN WITH A MISSION. The band is best known for its wolf mask performances and has contributed music to numerous anime and game projects, including Log Horizon, Vinland Saga, Kimetsu no Yaiba, Golden Kamuy, Inuyashiki, and more.
