The developers of Path of Exile 2 have revealed the 0.5.5 update, which will be released on September 4 at 23:00 Moscow time. The main highlight of the update will be the new league event Forbidden Ritual, which features eight challenges and exclusive rewards.
In addition to the new activities, this update will also bring major overhauls to the Trials of Chaos, among other changes. The developer has yet to reveal the full list of innovations, promising to release detailed patch notes next week (closer to the release of version 0.5.5).
This update will be the next major phase of development ahead of Path of Exile 2’s full release. Meanwhile, the developers continue to gradually reveal future content, including the long-awaited Duelist, which will arrive with version 1.0, which will be released on December 11.
