Studio Hurdy-Gurdy Games has revealed a trailer for its hyper-realistic shooter Hieronymus, which is inspired by the art of Hieronymus Bosch.
The story follows Elena Van Aken, who must uncover a series of family secrets linked to otherworldly powers. Her companion on this perilous journey is the famous doctor Georg Faust, ready to share the secrets of the mystical art.
Gameplay is based on exploring exotic locations, stealth, and a well-thought-out combat system in which slow and loud arquebuses are combined with complex alchemical shells to stun or distract enemies. In addition, players will be able to use magical artifacts and tame fantastic creatures whose unique abilities will help them survive in the creepy world.
