There are rumors that Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse will be part of Game Pass upon release. A video appeared on the official subscription account of the social network, with the following image. Considering that the account itself is only used for information about the Game Pass subscription program, this has sparked discussions about an official release of the game on Microsoft’s service.
However, when media outlets began posting about Castlevania: The Belmont’s Curse Game Pass subscription, the post was deleted from the social network account. There has yet to be any official statement from Xbox or the Konami team themselves regarding plans to add Metroidvania to the subscription.
Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse may have appeared on Game Pass accounts in error in general, or it was simply announced ahead of time, which is why the post was ultimately removed.
